Junior Artworker
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Artworker with a recent college background in graphic design to join our creative team. This junior position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone early in their design career looking to develop their skills and grow within the industry. A key part of this role will be learning and mastering wide format printing, clothing embroidery, vehicle graphics, signage and small format digital printing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for various media, including print and digital platforms.

Assist in the development and execution of design concepts, from initial brief to final production.

Participate in client meetings and contribute creative ideas to projects.

Learn and operate wide format printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output for large-scale print jobs.

Gain hands-on experience with clothing embroidery, understanding the intricacies of design for fabric. Produce banners, signage and apply vehicle graphics.

Master small format digital printing techniques to produce high-quality prints for various products.

Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Maintain an organised library of design assets and project files.

Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
Requirements:

BTEC or above in Graphic Design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Basic knowledge of wide format printing, clothing embroidery, and small format digital printing is a plus, but training will be provided.
